Forgotten both your username and password?
If you have forgotten your account username, please contact the regional NHS helpdesk for the area you work in so an email reminding you of your username and a reset password can be sent to you. When you have received this you should then access MyAthens and change your password again to one of your choice.
The following details are required: Full name, full work address, work telephone number, email address you used to register for the account.If your immediate contact details differ please give them in addition if necessary.
