The Clinicians Health Channel (CHC) manages who has access to content through a login tool called Athens. Athens allows easy but secure access to CHC electronic resources through a single username and password. Importantly this is the only way you can access the service when you are offsite.
To get the most out of the CHC electronic resources you'll need to register and create a free personal CHC Athens account. Athens is used the world over in medical organisations to manage user access to electronic resources.
Registering and setting up your CHC Athens account is quick and easy. To register you must use your hospital or health network-based e-mail address e.g. email@example.com. If you do not have a hospital or health network-based e-mail address you will need to register onsite at your Hospital or Health Service.
